Being Celiac Spru Association (CSA) verified also adds major respect to ppm gluten traces and trust in the marketplace.  I learned that Montana grows, mills, packages and markets healthy, gluten free food in carefully monitored fields where most of today's oat products are contaminated with wheat at the mills, ehem, Quaker. They're entire line of all purpose baking mix, raw oatmeal, oat bran, cream of oats and waffle pancake mix will delight families.



They allow no gluten grains anywhere on site or nearby. They're careful from fields, oat protein planting, machinery for tracking grain kernel contamination during cleaning the mills!

Cream of Oats
I grew up on cream of wheat until I was sick as a dog! Therefore, I have an affinity to the texture and taste of an aromatic, creamy, hot cereal.  I enjoyed Montana Gluten Free's Cream of Oats full very much and it was finished first of all their products I had tried. It is the perfect hot breakfast to start your day and if you haven't gone creamy, go today.

Traditional Oats

Not only is it a great breakfast or snacking hot cereal, as is, I add it in my smoothies. Blended oats add a soft and sweet texture to the fruits, leafy greens, tea and non dairy milk already included. Have fun with it and add around 1/4 cup to your large smoothie. 

Waffle Pancake Mix
As for Montana Gluten Free's Waffle Pancake mix, I used the flour to make blintzes. I was surprised by the elasticity, rich texture and full taste. Stay tuned for another post about this.
